- 2Preview period: June 15–21
- 3Price protection: The price difference will be automatically refunded if an eligible product purchased during the preview period is discounted during the main sale
What happened?
Newegg officially released the schedule for its annual summer FantasTech sale, which will run from June 22 to 28, 2026. To improve conversion, the platform will offer price protection during the preview period from June 15 to 21. If the price of an eligible product purchased during the preview period falls during the main sale, consumers will automatically receive a refund for the difference without submitting an additional request.
What does this mean for cross-border sellers?
Sellers should plan inventory and promotional力度 in advance, use the platform’s price protection mechanism to attract early buyers, and avoid weak preview-period sales caused by consumers waiting for the main sale.
