What is Niceggie?
Niceggie is the AI workspace for cross-border e-commerce sellers โ AI that finishes the job, you do the business. Its two core products are AI Customer Service and Listing AI.
AI Customer Service drafts replies from real order and shipping data for you to confirm and send; Listing AI flags what to improve on a product page, then rewrites the copy and generates the image set.
How is Niceggie AI Customer Service different from a chatbot?
Generic chatbots answer from canned templates. Niceggie connects to your store's order and shipping data โ when a buyer asks "Where is my order?", the AI drafts a reply with the real tracking status, and you confirm in the workbench and send it. It covers after-sales emails and tickets, drafts in any language, and complex cases can be handed to a human.
AI Customer Service has been generally available since 18 September 2026: all six channels โ Amazon, Newegg, Walmart, eBay, Best Buy and TikTok Shop โ can be connected, and after signing up you connect a support email, connect stores, set up the knowledge base and write auto-reply rules yourself, with nothing to apply for and no charge until you use AI features.
