How do I track buying progress across multiple suppliers and candidate products?
Tag each product Pending, Quoted, To Order, Ordered, or Dropped, organize them with groups and tags per supplier or category, and select several items to compare margin and landed cost side by side.
Can I bulk-import a shortlist I already keep in Excel?
Yes. Download the built-in Excel template — headers plus category and status dropdowns are pre-filled in your language — fill in the numbers and import, up to 500 rows per file; repeat imports only add rows, never overwrite existing data.
Do I need to log in to use the procurement list?
Basic entry, editing, and comparison work without login, with data kept in your browser. Creating, switching, or renaming groups requires login, and once signed in your list syncs across devices so nothing is lost when you switch machines or clear your cache.
