The NEA of Singapore announced that starting July 1, individuals and businesses importing regulated household appliances must comply with MEPS standards and apply for a COR registration online. The registration is valid for three years and is free of charge. Products that do not meet the standards are prohibited from online and offline advertising. Exporters and sellers of overseas purchases are advised to verify product models in advance.
