Products in restricted categories must submit Supporting Documents and Mandatory Product Attributes and may be listed only after the platform reviews and confirms the seller’s eligibility to sell them. The required materials vary by product. Beauty products must show complete packaging and labeling information, including instructions for use, country of manufacture, relevant certifications, an ingredient list, and EU Responsible Person information. Solar panels and similar products may also involve CE, LVD, EMC, RoHS, GPSR, WEEE/EPR, and EU Battery Regulation requirements, while manuals and safety warnings must use the languages required by the target market.
