What happened?
Amazon announced that the offer requirements for Pan-EU FBA products will be expanded. From September 3, 2026, both newly created and existing Pan-EU FBA products must have an active offer on Amazon.nl to continue meeting the Pan-EU FBA offer requirements. From February 26, 2027, sellers registering Pan-EU FBA products must also have an active offer on Amazon.com.be. This does not mean that inventory must be physically stored in the Netherlands or Belgium, but products must have a sales offer, compliance information, and required local-language labels on the relevant sites. Limited or indefinite exemptions may be available if a product is restricted locally, lacks a local detail page, the seller account is temporarily deactivated, or there are language or packaging compliance issues. The policy primarily affects Chinese sellers using Pan-EU inventory transfers, sellers listing across multiple European marketplaces, and brand owners relying on BIL for automatic connections.
