Amazon’s announcement states that U.S. and Canadian FBA fulfillment fees, as well as Remote Fulfillment with FBA from the U.S. to Canada, Mexico, and Brazil, will be subject to a 3.5% fuel and logistics surcharge starting April 17, 2026. U.S. Buy with Prime and U.S. and Canadian Multi-Channel Fulfillment will be subject to the surcharge starting May 2, 2026.
