What happened?
TikTok Shop published information about the Collection by TikTok (CBT) logistics service. Eligible U.S. sellers can continue using their existing warehouses, while TikTok arranges pickup and last-mile delivery. Free pickup is currently available in parts of Southern California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Georgia, Texas, and Florida, and rates start at $2.99 per package. If a warehouse is not yet covered by pickup service, sellers with an average daily shipping volume of more than 20 packages over the past 30 days may also be eligible to register. Packages in CBT orders have a maximum weight of 50 pounds. The platform also stated that sellers shipping more than 200 packages per day may receive a limited-time discount of $0.50 per package in some Zones 1–4; for packages valued above $100, the transportation protection service fee is 1% of the package value, while packages valued at $100 or less may be exempt from the fee. The CBT registration tool is scheduled to be suspended from November 7, 2026, through January 5, 2027.
