TikTok Shop U.S. released an explanation of the TikTok Manifest feature. Invited sellers can create and print a batch manifest in Seller Center, then use the TikTok Shop Seller App to scan a QR code and record handover information for packages from the same warehouse and batch at once. After a successful scan, the system records the scan time and a batch photo. For eligible orders, the scan time may serve as a qualifying dispatch event for meeting the Dispatch SLA. The feature is currently invitation-only and supports only packages using TikTok Shipping labels. It does not replace physically handing packages to the carrier or the carrier’s first acceptance scan. When scanning, sellers should ensure that all packages in the batch are ready and handed over immediately to avoid discrepancies between logistics records and the actual handover.
