Mira is a 24/7 review and sentiment analyst. She continuously monitors product reviews and buyer feedback, and proactively delivers:

  • Negative-review root-cause analysis: is this a one-off or a systemic issue? Packaging, quality, shipping, or expectation mismatch?
  • Reply drafts: for every review that needs a response, a measured reply you can copy and paste
  • Weekly buyer-feedback summary: top positives and negatives this week, with frequency breakdown
  • Product improvement suggestions: when a class of negatives clusters (e.g., "package damaged"), she suggests whether it's worth a product/packaging iteration

  4. Review and send: check Mira's drafts in the "Awaiting your call" queue, then paste into Seller Central.
