AI Customer Service
In one line: AI detects buyer sentiment and intent, leverages your product knowledge base to draft a reply, and lets you send it straight to the buyer after a quick review in the workspace — freeing you to focus on messages that actually need judgment.
Product form
AI Customer Service is a web workspace — used inside Niceggie, and it doesn't run on top of any marketplace's seller pages.

| 🌐 Multilingual | 15+ languages auto-detected; replies sound native, not machine-translated |
| ✨ AI polish | Tightens tone and wording so replies stay professional and on-brand |
| 🔀 Manual & auto modes | Manual mode (available now): review in the workspace, then send with one click. Auto mode (AI sends without review) is coming soon |
